Choose How to Pay Your Deposit

Select the payment method that is most convenient for you. Your deposit is held on your Carvector balance in Japan — it is not a fee and is fully refundable.

Important currency information

The refund examples assume the same EUR/JPY exchange rate as at payment. Exchange-rate changes may cause an additional gain or loss.
All funds received by Carvector are converted and credited in JPY. Client balances are maintained in JPY only, so paying in JPY is generally more cost-effective.

Deposit Refund

If within a month you did not find a suitable car or could not purchase one due to budget constraints, you may request a refund.

Minimum holding period before refund can be requested. This ensures mutual commitment — we allocate resources and expect active cooperation.

Processing time for transfers made via Wise or Stripe. Applies to deposits up to JPY 920 000 (≈ EUR 5 000) sent through this page only.

100% in JPY

Deposit returned in full in JPY. If exchange rate changes between payment and refund, EUR amount received may differ. Bank transfer fees covered by client.

Conditions for fast refund

Faster refund timeline (1 month + 10–15 days) applies only when:
— payment was made via Wise or Stripe through this page
— deposit amount does not exceed JPY 920 000 (≈ EUR 5 000)

For larger deposits or wholesale arrangements, refund terms are discussed individually with your manager.
